General Conditions

General delivery and payment conditions Dreadshop

 

By placing your order you agree to the terms of the delivery and payment conditions. If you receive articles you did not order, you need to notify Dreadshop. Any incorrectness in the data Dreadshop has provided to you have to be reported immediately to Dreadshop.

 

PARTIES INVOLVED IN AGREEMENT

1.1 Selling party is Dreadwinkel/Dreadshop, hereafter to be called Dreadshop. This company is part of Dreads & Braids, located in Oude Wetering, the Netherlands.

1.2 The Client is the person who orders and is responsible for the delivery of goods or services by Dreadshop.

 

APPLICABILITY

2.1 These conditions apply to all quotations, orders, their acceptance and the ensuing delivery and activities of Dreadshop.

 

ALTERATIONS

3.1 Alterations to the agreement and deviations from these general conditions will only be in force when and after they have been agreed via e-mail by Dreadshop and the Client.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1. All rates and prices are VAT included.

4.2 Payment of the agreed amount has to take place within 14 days after the order has been placed.

4.3 In case no payment has been received within 14 days after the order has been placed, the order will be cancelled and delivery will not take place.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

5.1 On the part of Dreadshop, force majeure will be in effect if activities cannot be carried out as a result of fire, water damage, flooding or disability, and by all other situations that are not caused by Dreadshop. This applies to Dreadshop as well as any third parties supplying materials to Dreadshop, and in storage during transport, either by Dreadshop or other parties.

5.2 If a shipment is delayed by more than a months due to force majeure, the order can be cancelled. In that case Dreadshop will reimburse you for the full amount of the order.

 

DELIVERY

6.1 After payment has been received, the products will be shipped via TNT Post as soon as possible, and no later than within 3 working days.

6.2 Dreadshop is not to blame for any misplacement of shipments by TNT Post, nor is Dreadshop in any way responsible for delays of shipments by TNT Post.

6.3 Each lost package because of an error in adress given bij the client isn't under responsibility of Dreadshop and cannot be refunded or sended again.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

7.1 Upon receiving the shipment from Dreadshop, the Client has 7 days to return the shipment.

7.2 Products can be exchanged within 30 days, provided the products are new and have not been used.

7.3 Shipping and administration costs will not be reimbursed.
